Whistle While you Work.....

Lately it seems everyone I know hates their job or is struggling with their job.
Brittany quit Melmark, Kara got fired (but is glad cause she HATED it), and Dad's business has been struggling since it opened basically.

I feel like Dad's job is like a bad relationship. You love it (or him/her) and you keep seeing glimmers of change, but in all honesty... you probably will never see it bloom. When's the right time to stop waiting for things to change? When's the right time to let go of something that might never be? It's hard to stop something that you want to work out soooooo bad. I don't think its cause you failed. It could be many different factors that you have no control over.
How is my Dad sure that God wants him to continue and struggle with trying to keep this place afloat? Maybe he learned all he was supposed to already.... I don't know.

My Dad used to enjoy what he did and he was good at it. He would come home (most of the time) positive about his day at work. Now, he's stressed out ALL THE TIME. He's not completely there when he comes home. Stress effects EVERYONE!! His stress is even effecting me 220 miles away.

It's hard to understand what Gods trying to prove/pull/teach through all of this. I just pray that he'll take care of my family enough to have them not be stressed. Not rich... nothing to do with tons of money.... just that he'd ease up on them enough that they could relax and spend a good amount of time together... calmly. No more crisis. No more surprises..... PEACE!!!

I also want Dad to be joyful about work. To love it again. Feel confident. To "whistle while he works" :)
I love my family very much. I want the best for them.
