Raises/work

Update on life:

This past weekend Eastern University was celebrating 20 years of dance. They invited the alumni to come and dance with the current students. Chris and I danced a piece I choreographed. I found out that many of the alumni are teaching for around 30 dollars an hour, which brought on the following....

I asked Gail for a raise. She agreed to 25-30 an hour depending on the class. Not sure what that means, but I was making only 20 with her.

I asked Michelle for a raise also. She agreed to 23 depending on the enrollment in the class. I'm currently making 19.85 an hour with UMDGC. So this is all good information.

I had a nice meeting with Bill today for AIS. I might be teaching a choreograph during the day in the fall for Upper school students. This would be instead of Middle school dance. We would then have MS dance only Winter and Spring. Which I think is great.... not a huge fan of MS dance. Bill said my priority should be upper school any way. Ha
