Rice Cereal

When Jonah turned 4 months old we had him try rice cereal for the first time that day. I remember that Daria tried it with Sebi when he turned 4 months. Jonah basically spit out all of it, which was to be expected. About a week later we went to see the pediatrician. Jonah was now 15lbs. and she wanted me to fed him the rice cereal 2 times a day!!! I called Daria to check what she thought about this, because it seemed a little much for him considering he didn't know how to eat it yet. Daria suggested once a day, just for play. Since then, we only tried 2 more times (once a week) and haven't tried in awhile until today. I made a tiny bit just to play with him, put it on my finger (because he wanted to bite me anyhow, because of his teeth pain), and he swallowed it! I later tried the spoon and that worked too. He ate the whole bowl plus a little more and was so excited about it. He was kicking like crazy and trying to pull my hand to his mouth before I had food on it. He would get it in his mouth and either suck on my finger or move it around in his mouth until I heard him swallow! Crazy.... he's growing so fast...
